Philosophy

Philosophy has appeared on the Season 4 finale of the poetry television show ‘Verses and Flow’ on the TvOne Network. This show featured the upper echelon of America’s Poets and showcased their talents. It was this performance that afforded him the opportunity to open for Grammy Award Winner Gary Clark Jr. and songstress Alice Smith. Philosophy was also chosen as a featured artist for the ‘Fly Poets Spoken Word and Music Showcase,’ the opening act for World renowned Poet Saul Williams on his Martyr Loser Tour, the award winning Jazz Artist Alvin Hayes Jr. and hip-hop icons The Pharcyde. He is passionate about poetry, bacon, Kung-fu flicks, Chuck Norris, cart wheels and extravagant trips to Yogurtland. 

Kooki

Kooki is a writer, author and poet from Los Angeles, Ca. Known for her sultry and sensuous poetry, Kooki has performed on many stages from Los Angeles to Johannesburg, South Africa. Kooki currently released her first fiction novel published on World Stage Press 

Quan The Poet

Quan The Poet is a queer poet, spoken word artist, and author born and raised in Los Angeles, California. His love for poetry grew as a means of self-expression while struggling with the difficulties of being openly gay at a young age. He published his poetry book “The Struggle” in 2019, performed at local/virtual open mics and poetry slams. He is the winner of “Best Poem” at the 2020 Pan African Spoken Word Festival, an alum of SLAM, and works as a teaching artist. Quan also created and launched his clothing line “I Am Collection” a brand of positive life affirmations. His goal is to use poetry and art to bring healing, hope, and encourage everyone to be their true authentic self.

LaLa DeVille

LaLa Deville is a writer, poet, spoken word and rap artist from Compton, Ca. who has graced stages all around the Los Angeles area. She has been a featured poet at SWAAM (Spoken Word Art And Music), The Griot Cafe, Smoke Screen, Artlife Gallery, Hot and Cool Cafe and The World Stage, just to name a few. She toured Chicago, Illinois as a featured artist in venues such as At Ease Sundays, Epic Night Open Mic, Talk To Me Thursdays and in Las Vegas, Nevada featuring in V.O.C.A.L. She is an advocate for mental wellness and suicide prevention with the non-profit organization "Kevin's Cause Suicide Prevention and Awareness. She is the author of three poetry books, "The Last Yesterday," "31 Days of Mood," and "Love's Conception," all self-published through her own publishing company, "Everybody Publishing," of her creator of her blog "The Journal of LaLa" and now the CEO of her own baking business, "DeVille's Bundt Cakes & More"

Soul-O​

S.O.U.L.- O. is a widely admired multi-genre music producer, turntablist, and MC from Long Beach, CA., whose musical career spans 20+ years. An absorber of sound and inspired by all music styles, S.O.U.L.- O. specializes in the art of making music and is recurrently sought-after for eye-catching turntablism, original music production, reworks, remixes, and live DJing. 

Paul Mabon

Paul Mabon is a professional actor, producer, youth mentor, poet and virgo from Chicago, Illinois. For over 20 years, Paul has done all things poetry in Chicago, Memphis and Los Angeles. His television credits include ‘Insecure,’ ‘Criminal Minds,’ ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine,’ ‘Def Poetry Jam,’ ‘Verses and Flow’ and ‘It’s Showtime at the Apollo,’ Currently, Paul plays the character ‘Alan’ in the Progressive Insurance commercial franchise and can be seen in the upcoming Harrison Ford movie, ‘Call of the Wild.’
